Company Projects Migration to New Management Tool (Jira)

Role: Lead Developer
Tech: Flyspray, MySQL, Python, Jira REST API

Project Impact: The company projects are being migrated from from the old project management tool (Flyspray) to the new one (Jira) with software tools and guidelines provided for possible future users. Automated local backup is set up independently of Atlassian. Jira schemes and automation rules are configured to apply consistently across all the company projects.
